1. Services Description

She Reclaimed Life provides transformation coaching services for women who have experienced domestic violence. Our services include:

• 1:1 coaching sessions
• Group coaching programs
• Workshops and training
• Digital resources and guides

2. Important Disclaimer

Coaching is NOT therapy or mental health treatment. Our coaching services are forward-focused and action-oriented, designed to help you build the life you want. They are not a substitute for licensed mental health care, medical advice, or professional counseling.

3. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about yourself and your situation
• Participate actively and honestly in coaching sessions
• Take responsibility for your own decisions and actions
• Communicate openly about your needs and boundaries
• Notify us if you experience a crisis or need additional support

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required before coaching services begin unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified during checkout.

Payment plans may be available for certain programs. All payment plan agreements must be honored according to their terms.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Individual Sessions:

• Cancellations with 24+ hours notice may be rescheduled at no charge
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit the session
• No-shows may forfeit the session

Programs & Packages:

• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
• Partial refunds may be provided based on services already rendered
• Digital products and completed sessions are non-refundable

6. Confidentiality

We take your privacy seriously. Information shared during coaching sessions is kept confidential, with the following exceptions:

• When required by law
• When there is imminent risk of harm to yourself or others
• When abuse of a child, elder, or dependent adult is suspected
• When you provide written authorization to share information

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and materials provided during coaching, is the property of Full Life Transformation, LLC and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, She Reclaimed Life and Full Life Transformation, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless She Reclaimed Life, Full Life Transformation, LLC, and Tania Griffith from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
